蝙蝠葛碱对实验性心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用

摘要: 本文以家兔为实验对象,开胸结扎冠状动脉左室支中点90分钟,再灌注3小时,形成心肌缺血再灌注模型。以梗塞面积大小、中性粒细胞浸润程度、心肌组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力和丙二醛(MDA)含量为主要观察指标,观察了蝙蝠葛碱对心肌缺血再灌注损伤的作用。结果表明,蝙蝠葛碱通过抑制中性粒细胞在缺血再灌注心肌中的浸润,保护心肌SOD活力,减少心肌MDA含量,缩小梗塞面积,对心肌缺血再灌注损伤具有明显的保护作用。Abstract: The effects of Dauricine on ischemia-reperfusion induced myocardial injury in rabbits was studied. Dauricine reduced infarct size, protected myocardial SOD activities, decreased myocardial MDA content and reduced myocardial ultrastructure damage. These results suggested that Dauricine could protect ischemia-reperfusion induced myocardial injury. It may be mediated through inhibition of neutrophils infiltration into ischemia-reperfusion myocardium and decrease production of oxygen-derived free radicals.
