大鼠脑缺血再灌注后核不均一性核糖核蛋白(hnRNP)A2/B1在脑皮质的表达变化

Expression of heterogeneous nuclear ribose nucleoprotein A2/B1 in cerebral cortex of rats after cerebral ischemia/reperfusion

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤后核不均一性核糖核蛋白(Heterogeneous Nuclear Ribonulcleoprotein,hnRNP)A2/B1的表达变化与再灌注损伤时间关系。方法 建立大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤动物模型,检测缺血再灌注损伤后3、6、12、24、48h、72h在缺血侧大脑皮质四个区域hnRNPA2/B1含量变化,并与假手术对照组进行比较。结果 与假手术组比较,hnRNPA2/B1表达量在脑缺血再灌注3h、6h、12h、24h明显下降(P<0.01)。48h后,hnRNPA2/B1蛋白表达量明显上升(P<0.01)。结论 hnRNPA2/B1可能在基因转录水平参与保护调控缺血再灌注脑损伤。

     

    Abstract: Objective To study the correlation between the expression of heterogeneous nuclear ribose nucleoprotein(hnRNP) A2/B1 in cerebral cortex of rats and the time of cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury. Methods Ischemia/reperfusion injury was observed by detecting the hnRNP A2/B1 levels in 4 areas of cerebral cortex 3,6,12,24,48 and 72h after a rat model of cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury was established,and compared with that in sham operation group. Results The expression level of hnRNP A2/B1 was significantly lower 3,6,12,and 24h after cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury,and significantly higher 48h after cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in experimental groups than in sham operation group(P<0.01). Conclusion hnRNP A2/B1 may be involved in regulation of cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury at gene transcription level.
