Abstract:
Objective To study the correlation between the expression of heterogeneous nuclear ribose nucleoprotein(hnRNP) A2/B1 in cerebral cortex of rats and the time of cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury.
Methods Ischemia/reperfusion injury was observed by detecting the hnRNP A2/B1 levels in 4 areas of cerebral cortex 3,6,12,24,48 and 72h after a rat model of cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury was established,and compared with that in sham operation group.
Results The expression level of hnRNP A2/B1 was significantly lower 3,6,12,and 24h after cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury,and significantly higher 48h after cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in experimental groups than in sham operation group(P<0.01).
Conclusion hnRNP A2/B1 may be involved in regulation of cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury at gene transcription level.
