Abstract: As a basic sector of university education,teaching support is important in improving the university managing and talent training levels. Described in this article are the characteristics and regularities of teaching support in our hospital under the mode of hospital running school,and the specific measures for the active creative practice. How to improve the ability and standards for teaching support is further discussed.
