Abstract: During Apr.1992 to Aug.1993,l30 cases received laparoscopic cholecystectomy （LC）were performed in the hepato-biliary surgery departmant.126 cases were brought to success （96.9%）and the other 4 cases were changed into open operation（3.1%）.There was no mortal-ity,but complications occurred in 2 cases.The method of LC was introduced.The indications,contraindications,complications of LC and which should change into open operation were discussed.
