氟伐他汀对2型糖尿病合并高胆固醇血症患者的抗氧化作用

Inhibitory effect of fluvastatin on oxidation stress in patients with type 2 diabetic mellitus complicated by hyperlipidemia

  • 摘要: 目的 调查氟伐他汀对2型糖尿病合并高胆固醇血症患者体内氧化压力的影响以及与降脂作用的相关性。方法 糖尿病合并高脂血症患者41例,男21例,女20例,平均年龄(56.7±6.0)岁,均在日本弘前大学附属医院收集。每晚服用20mg氟伐他汀,于用药前及用药后4、8、12周分别测定血浆中低密度脂蛋白(LDL),LDL size、LHPO、TBARS的动态变化。结果 血浆LHPO,TBARS、LDL-C在用药的第8周(分别为19.4±8.1 vs 43.3±13.1nmol/mg LDLpro;5.33±0.97 vs 8.83±1.11nmol/mL;125±9 vs 157±12mg/dL,P<0.05)和12周(分别为14.4±5.1 vs 43.3±13.1nmol/mg LDLpro;2.3±0.3 vs 8.83±1.11nmol/mL;131±5 vs 157±12mg/dL,P<0.05)明显降低,LDL size无统计学差异。结论 氟伐他汀能够显著降低患者血中的LHPO、TBARS、LDL,表明对2型糖尿病合并高脂血症患者有抗氧化作用,且与其抗血脂的作用相关。

     

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the inhibitory effect of fluvastatin on oxidation stress and its relation with lipid decrease in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated by hyperlipidemia. Methods Forty-one patients(21 males and 20 females with a mean age of 56.7 years)selected from the Affiliated Hospital of Hirosaki University in Japan,were treated with 20mg fluvastastin once a day in the evening for 12 weeks.Changes in plasma LDL,LDL-C,LHPO,and TBARS were assayed at weeks 4,8,and 12 before and after administration of fluvastatin. Results The plasma level of LHPO,TBARS,and LDL-C was 19.4±8.1nmol/mg LDL protein vs 43.3±13.1nmol/mg LDL protein,5.33±0.97nmol/mL vs 8.83±1.11nmol/mL,125±9mg/dL vs 157±12mg/dL,respectively,8 weeks after administration of fluvastatin(P<0.05),and 14.4 nmol/mg LDL protein±5.1 vs 43.3±13.1nmol/mg LDL protein,2.3±0.3nmol/mL vs 8.83±1.11nmol/mL,131±5mg/dL vs 157±12mg/dL,respectively,12 weeks after administration of fluvastatin(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in LDL size. Conclusion The levels of LHPO,TBARS and LDL are significantly decreased after administration of fluvastatin,indicating that fluvastatin has inhibitory effect on oxidation in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated by hyperlipidemia,which is associated with its role in decreasing lipid.
