支架连接代替血管吻合建立大鼠肾移植模型

Establishment of a rat model of the renal allograft by vascular stent connection

  • 摘要: 目的 建立一种新的大鼠肾移植模型。方法 以SD大鼠作为供体,Wistar大鼠作为受体,采用支架导管连接固定代替血管吻合和输尿管膀胱瓣皮肤造瘘的方法建立大鼠肾移植模型。结果 共施行大鼠肾移植30例,手术成功率为73.3%,受体存活5~10d,死亡原因有麻醉药过量、大出血、动静脉血栓形成。结论 该技术简单实用,对成功建立肾移植模型及进行相关实验研究有应用价值。

     

    Abstract: Objective To establish a new renal transplantation model of rats. Methods A renal transplantation model of rats was established using stent connection fixation instead of direct vascular anastromosis and urinary tract and bladder skin flap fistulization,with SD rats and Wistar rats as donors and recipients,respectively. Results Renal transplantation was performed in 30 rats with a success rate of 73.3%.The survival time of recipients was 5-10 days.The reasons of death included overdose of anesthetics,massive hemorrhage,arteriovenous thrombosis. Conclusion This new renal transplantation model is simple and feasible,and has certain application value for related experimental studies.
