Abstract: The key to the construction of first class research type hospitals is the talents in medical sciences. The application of pathophysiology teaching system in the teaching of postgraduates was summarized. As a bridge connecting basic medicine and clinical medicine,the pathophysiology teaching system can open and enlighten the creative thinking of postgraduates,open their scientific research thoughts and train their research techniques,and improve their scientific research literacy,and is thus a new exploration in pathophysiology teaching of postgraduates.
