腱鞘巨细胞瘤35例临床及随访

Clinical analysis to giant cell tumor of tendon sheath of 35 cases after follow-up

摘要: 目的:探讨腱鞘巨细胞瘤术后复发的原因。方法:通过对我院1993年7月²005年7月间共35例腱鞘细胞瘤的患者进行临床、病理资料的回顾性分析及术后疗效随访,总结本病临床、病理特点,同时进行统计学多因素分析,探讨影响肿瘤术后复发的因素。结果:肿瘤复发与患者性别、年龄、病程、外伤史、包膜完整性、骨破坏、病理类型、肿瘤生长活跃特性等无关。结论:彻底切除肿瘤是防止术后复发的最佳方法。

Abstract: Objective:To study the recurrent causes of giant cell tumor of tendon sheath after operation.Methods:After retrospective analysis to data of 35 cases during July 1993 to July 2005 and follow up,clinical and pathological features were concluded.Furthermore statistical multiplicity was analyzed to study the recurrent causes.Results:The recurrence had nothing to do with the patient's sex,age,period of disease,integrality of outer membrane of tumor,osteoclasia,pathological category,activity of tumor.Conclusions:Complete resection of the tumor is optimal method to decrease the recurrence after operation.
