LS174T细胞系电子线一次照射后存活效应——大肠癌术中照射剂量的探讨

The effect of single radiation of electron beams on the survival of cell line LS174T: With special reference to the intraoperative radiation dose of colorectal carcinoma

  • 摘要: 作者观察了LS174T细胞系对不同剂量电子线照射后的细胞计数改变、死细胞率及集落形成率。结果表明:照射10Gy以上时,肿瘤细胞数明显下降,且绝大多数为死细胞。每瓶种植1000个细胞时,集落形成率在10Gy以上时为零,但每瓶细胞数增加至每瓶9×104时,10Gy组开始有集落形成。作者认为,术中放疗的剂量应选择在10Gy以上,并与外照射及化疗等结合

     

    Abstract: In order to study the intraoperative radiation dose fo colorectal carcinoma, cell line LS174T was radiated once in vitro by electron beams at the dose of 0,5,10,20,25 and 30 Gy, then the cell survival ratio and colony forming rate were measured. It is demonstrated that the majority of tumor cells were killed at the dose of 10-30 Gy. The data indicated that the optimal intraoperative radiation dose should be over 10Gy, and that intraoperative radiation should be combined with preoperative or post operative radiation and chemotherapy to reduce postoperative recurrence rate of colorectal carcinoma.
