改良的最小模型技术在评价大鼠胰岛素抵抗中的应用

The application of the improved minimal model technique in evaluating insulin resistance of rats

  • 摘要: 目的:用改良的最小模型技术评价大鼠的胰岛素敏感性,了解该方法的可行性,并初步探讨了年龄、体重对胰岛素敏感性的影响。方法:对年轻鼠和老年鼠行多次取样的静脉葡萄糖耐量试验,所有标本测血糖和胰岛素,用中山医科大学根据Bergman建立的最小模型技术设计的计算机软件计算胰岛素敏感指数(S1)和葡萄糖代谢效能(SG),并进行比较。结果:用减少样本数的最小模型技术计算的老年鼠组胰岛素敏感指数均明显低于年轻组(-0.05±0.027,-0.02±0.018,P<0.05),体重与胰岛素敏感性呈负相关(r=-0.65,P<0.05)。结论:用减少样本数的最小模型技术评价大鼠的胰岛素敏感性是可行的,年龄及体重与胰岛素敏感性呈负相关。

     

    Abstract: Objective; The study was performed to estimate insulin sensitivity of rats by the improved minimal model technique and explore the effects of age and weight on insulin sensitivity. Methods: We used the frequently sampled intravenous glucose tolerance test to collect blood samples of rats and measured the levels of glucose and insulin.Then we caculated S1 and SG by the minimal model software programmed by the Sun Yat-sen University of medical Sciences. Results: The SI of aged group is significantly lower than the young group.Weight negatively related to the insulin sensitivity. Conclusion: It is feasible to estimate insulin sensitivity by the improved minimal model technique in rats, Age and weight negatively related to the insulin sensitivity.
