SPARC无张力阴道吊带术治疗女性压力性尿失禁14例
Treatment of female stress urinary incontinence with SPARC tension-free vaginal tape procedure: A report of 14 cases

摘要: 目的 探讨SPARC无张力阴道吊带术治疗女性压力性尿失禁的有效性和临床意义。方法 采用SPARC吊带系统对14例单纯性压力性尿失禁女性进行无张力尿道中段吊带术治疗,回顾性分析其临床疗效及并发症。结果 14例压力性尿失禁患者接受SPARC无张力阴道吊带术,平均手术时间26min,术中平均出血35mL,术后随访10～36个月,术后排尿功能恢复良好,1例发生排尿困难,经持续导尿及药物治疗后恢复正常排尿功能,1例自觉耻骨后轻度不适。结论 SPARC无张力阴道吊带术具有易操作、微创、恢复快、疗效好等特点,是治疗女性压力性尿失禁的有效方法。Abstract: ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical significance of SPARC tension free vaginal tape procedure in clinical treatment of female stress urinary incontinence（SUI）.MethodsThe outcome of 14 cases of SPARC procedures for women with SUI was retrospectively analyzed.ResultsThe 14 women with SUI were cured without any complication,the mean operation time was 26min and the mean blood loss was 35mL.The patients were followed-up for a period of 10-36months.Dysuria occurred in 1 patient.One patient complained of persistent superpublic discomfort.ConclusionSPARC tension-free vaginal tape operation is a safe,simple,minimally invasive and effective surgical procedure for the treatment of female SUI.
