老年人慢性肾功衰竭47例临床及病理方面的病因学分析

Analysis of 47 cases of chronic renal failure in the aged

摘要: 对老年人CRF患者47例进行病因学分析。常见病因是肾硬化症(18/47,38.2%),慢性肾盂肾炎(9/47,19.1%),慢性肾小球肾炎(8/47,17%)、糖尿病肾病(5/47,10.6%)。其中13例(27.7%)误诊和漏诊,提示老年人CRF患者常并存多种脏器疾病,临床表现复杂多样。临床上应注意识别。

Abstract: The etiology of 47 aged patients with chronic renal failure （CRF） was analysed. The major causes of CRF included: nephrosclerosis （18/47, 38.2%）, chronic pyelonephritis （9/47, 19.1%）, chronic glomerulonephritis （8/47, 17%） and diabetis mellitus nephrosis （5/47, 10.6%）. The misdiagnosis in 13 patients （27, 7%） indicats that concommitant multi-organ disease may make the manefestation of CRF complicated.
