计算机辅助设计在膝关节形态学研究中的应用

  • 摘要: 目的: 通过计算机辅助设计技术对膝关节几何形态进行相关研究,探讨此方法对膝关节假体设计的指导意义。方法: 利用计算机辅助设计技术对6例尸体膝关节CT扫描后所输出的数据进行三维重建,并对重建后膝关节几何模型及解剖后膝关节实体相关参数分别测量,进行对比和分析研究,了解三维重建后的误差,分析误差原因。结果: 膝关节三维重建后测量的参数较手工测量偏小,其中半径参数平均误差在1.33~2.64mm之间,长度线性参数平均误差在0.73~1.31mm之间。结论: 计算机辅助设计技术为膝关节复杂表面几何大体形态学研究提供一种良好的手段。

     

    Abstract: Objective: To explore its correlation with the knee prosthesis design through the study in the morphology of the knee by using computer-aided design (CAD). Methods: The CT imaging data of 6 cadaver knees were obtained. Through CAD software, the 3-D solid models, were reconstructed and measured. To test the results obtained from CAD models, we measured the cadaver knees manully, realizing errors between two methods and analyzing causes. Results: The geometric parameters from CAD measurement were smaller than those from the manual. The mean errors werebetween 1.33 mm and 2.64 mm in radius parameters, and between 0.73mm and 1.31 mm in linear parameters. Conclusion: It was facility to the related analysis and research of the morphology of the knee by using computer-aided design (CAD).
