喜树碱微球超选择性动脉栓塞治疗膀胱癌的实验研究

Experimental study on selective camptothecin microsphere’s arterial emboliza-tion for bladder carcinoma

  • 摘要: 通过喜树碱(CPT)微球栓塞实验动物家兔股动脉,用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)检测抗癌药喜树碱浓度,发现栓塞部位组织中喜树碱浓度极高,是动脉灌注的8.906倍,而循环血中喜树碱无法测出,病理检查见栓塞部位组织重度变性、坏死、动脉壁破坏、管壁不完整。

     

    Abstract: The femoral artery of rabbit is embolizated by camptothecin(CPT)microsphere;The anticancer drug camptothecin is detected with high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).It is found that the intraarterial embolization route,when compared to the intraarterial infusion route,for the administration of chelnotherapeutic agent Camptothecin,increases the concentraton of CPT presented to local area by approximately nine times.But the CPT is not detected in the plasma.Histologic exan1ination show that the musculus and femoral artery at the embolization area are degenerative and necrotic.
