小剂量多次照射大鼠放射性肺损伤模型的评价
Evaluation on the model of radiation pulmonary injury of rat caused by multiple low dose exposure

摘要: 目的: 评价小剂量多次照射大鼠放射性肺损伤模型的科学性及实用性。方法: 120只大鼠随机分为对照组、大剂量一次照射组、小剂量多次照射组(每组40只),分别采用不同方法进行照射,于实验开始第3周、第5周、第8周、第12周、第26周时每组随机选取各8只大鼠处死取材,行HE染色观察各大鼠肺脏组织学变化;行免疫组化染色,测定IL-6、bFGF的表达。结果: 两组受照射大鼠均出现典型放射性肺炎及肺纤维化表现,细胞因子在两组大鼠中出现一致性改变。结论: 小剂量多次照射所造成的大鼠放射性肺损伤模型死亡率低,病变形成完整、稳定,实用性强。Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the practicability and rationality about the model of radiation pulmonary injury of rat caused by multiple low dose exposure.Methods: 120 rats are divided randomly into control group,once high dose exposure group and multiple low dose exposure group(40 rats each group),and radiated using different method.8 rats in every group are chosen randomly and killed on 3rd、 5th、 8th、 12th and 26th week after radiation.To observe the histological change of lungs stained with HE.And compare the different expression of IL-6 and bFGF between every groups after immunohistochemical stain.(Results: Typical) expression of radiating pneumonia and lung fibrosis are observed in once high dose exposure group and multiple low dose exposure group.In addition,the change of cell factor between two groups is concordant.Conclusion: The model of radiation pulmonary injury of rat caused by multiple low dose exposure has lots of merit,such as lower death rate,more stabilization and well practicability.
