两种包扎法预防乳腺癌根治术后皮下积液的疗效观察

Comparing two deffirent binding to prevent subctaneous hydrops after radical operation of breast cancer

摘要: 目的: 评价乳腺癌根治术后局部加压包扎法及弹力绷带加压包扎法预防皮下积液的效果。方法: 180例乳腺癌根治术患者随机分两组:80例采用局部加压包扎法,100例采用弹力绷带加压包扎法,两组均行改良根治术。结果: 局部加压包扎法和弹力绷带加压包扎法出现皮下积液分别为1.3%和18.0%,出现皮瓣坏死分别为0和10%。结论: 与弹力绷带加压包扎法对比,局部加压包扎法预防皮下积液及皮瓣坏死疗效可靠,效果满意。

Abstract: Objective: To compare local compressed binding with elastic bandages compressed binding in prevention and treatment method of subctaneous hydrops after radical operation of breast cancer. Methods: Of 180 totle cases,80 cases were treated with local compressed binding and 100 cases were treated with elastic bandages compressed binding. Results: In 80 cases treated with local compressed binding,1 case got subcutaneous hydrops （1.3%） and no cases got skin flap necrosis. In 100 cases treated with elastic bandages compressed binding, 18 cases got subcutaneous hydrops （18%） and 10 cases got skin flap necrosis（10%）. Conclusion: Compared with elastic bandages compressed binding, Local compressed binding is an more ideal method to prevent and treat subctaneous hydrops.
