Abstract: In this paper,we have introduced the proceduce of obstraction of myocardial antigen and the determination of myocardial antibody in 100 of health infants and 183 cases with heart diseases as well as 56 cases without diseases.It indicated that the myocardial antiboby was a significant index inclinical diagnosis of heart diseases.
