Abstract:
Objective:To study histological change of 3-D porous Ti combined BMPs,which implanted in muscles of mice.
Methods: 3-D porous Ti and 3-D porous Ti combined BMPs were implanted in muscles of mice,and taken out in 10d,20d,30d after operation.These specimens were treated,then observed through microscopy.
Results: In 10d group,there was none tissue growth in single 3-D porous Ti,but fiber tissue growing into pore in 3-D porous Ti combined BMPs;in 20d group,fiber tissue grew around Ti in single 3-D porous Ti,however,pores were filled with fiber tissue and vessels formation in 3-D porous Ti combined BMPs;in 30d group,collagen fibers filled in pores and calcium deposition was observed in 3-D porous Ti combined BMPs.
Conclusion:3-D porous Ti combined BMPs can enhance fiber tissue growth and blood vessels formation at early stage,so as to accelerate osteogenesis.
