  • 摘要: 目的:观察不同的屈光度在不同光线下瞳孔直径的变化。方法:1 263例(2 526眼)按屈光度高低分为4组:Ⅰ组:-0.75~-3.00 D;Ⅱ组:-3.25~-6.00 D;Ⅲ组:6.25~-9.00 D;Ⅳ组:>-9.25 D。对4组不同屈光度在暗室下、Orbscan-Ⅱ角膜地形图下、常光下的瞳孔直径变化进行测量分析。结果:1)不同屈光度的瞳孔直径在暗室环境下最大、Orbscan-Ⅱ角膜地形图测量下次之、常光下最小。2)4组不同屈光度在3种光线下瞳孔直径的差值:暗室下减去常光下差值最大、暗室下减去地形图下差值次之、地形图减去常光下差值最小。3)低屈光度在不同光线下瞳孔直径的最小差值始终保持最大,瞳孔直径变化受光线影响最大。结论:不同屈光度在不同光线下瞳孔直径有很大的变化;不同屈光度在不同光线下的瞳孔直径是屈光手术前评估的一个重要参数。

     

    Abstract: Objective: To observe the pupil diameter changes of different diopter under different rays.Methods: To measure and analysis the pupil diameter of 1 263 subjects(2 526 eyes) under different rays as: scotopic situation,common ray and Orbscan-Ⅱ.The patients were divided into four different groups according to different diopters as : group 1:-0.75 to-3.00 D,group 2:-3.25 to-6.00 D,group 3:-6.25 to-9.00 D,group 4:>-9.00 D.Results: The pupil diameter of different diopters which is measured under the scotopic situation is the largest,smaller when it is measured by Orbscan-Ⅱand the smallest under the common ray.The mean value respectively is: 5.82 mm,4.14 mm,and 3.52 mm.The difference of the pupil diameter under the three situation indicate that the disparity between the scotopic and the common ray is maximum,the disparity between the scotopic and the Orbscan-Ⅱis smaller,between the Orbscan-Ⅱand the common ray is minimum.The minimun difference of the pupil diameter under different rays always keep the largest in the low diopter group,and the pupil diameter changes is the most obvious under rays in the low diopter group.Conclusion: The pupil diameter of different diopters changes greatly under different rays,and it is a very important parameter to measure the pupil diameter in different diopter under different rays before the refractive surgery.
