金乌骨通胶囊对去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松症治疗作用的研究

Curative effects of Jinwugutong capsule on osteoporosis in ovariectomized rats

摘要: 目的研究不同剂量金乌骨通胶囊对去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松的治疗效果,为其在临床上治疗骨质疏松症提供实验依据。方法选用6月龄SD雌性大鼠60只,随机分成6组。用手术切除卵巢方法制造骨质疏松模型,12周后按组别给药,24周后处死,分别测定股骨骨密度、骨生物力学水平以及血清生化指标并作统计学分析。结果金乌骨通胶囊可增加大鼠骨密度,改善骨生物力学性能和血清生化指标。结论金乌骨通胶囊可以治疗大鼠骨质疏松症。

Abstract: Objective To study the effect of Jinwugutong capsule（JWGTC）on osteoporosis in ovariectomized rats in order to provide evidence for its clinical application. Methods Sixty SD female rats at the age of 6 months were randomly divided into 6 groups.An osteoporosis model was established by ovariotomy.The rats were given drugs after 12 weeks.Bone mineral density（BMD）,bone biomechanics and biochemical indexes were measured after 24 weeks. Results JWGTC improved BMD,bone biomechanics and biochemical indexes. Conclusion Osteoporosis can be cured with JWGTC.
