摘要: 目的: 完善目前已知的HLA-DR与HLA-DQ关联表。方法: 从2000～2006年间到我们实验室配型的供患者中选出与关联表不相符的16例标本并对这些标本进行高分辨鉴定。结果: 发现在中国汉族人中的五条HLA-DR与HLA-DQ位点连锁遗传的单倍体。结论: 为目前所用的HLA-DR与HLA-DQ位点关联表在中国人群中增加五个新的单倍体,使关联表更适合于中国人群。

Abstract: Objective: to complement the known HLA-DR and HLA-DQ linkage table.Methods: 16 cases were found from patient and donor samples during 2000-2006 whose HLA-DR locus were not normally linkage disequilibrium with HLA-DQ locus and analyzed them with high resolution of PCR-SSP.Results: We found five new haplotypes in Chinese han race whose HLA-DR and HLA-DQ locus were not coincident with the previous linkage table.Conclusion: Through adding five new haplotypes to the linkage table makes the linkage table more suitable for the Chinese race.
