Abstract:
Objective:To determine the value of laparoscopy therapy in interstitial uterine tubal ectopic pregnancy.
Methods: 6 cases of interstitial tubal gestations were treated with laparoscopy compared with laparotomy for evaluating the clinical effect superiority and the reproductive rate.
Results: After 56 days gestation, the laparoscopy and ultrasonography were used for detecting the clinical diagnosis. The consistency rate was 100%.The laparoscopy treatment showed the successful rate was 100%.The bleeding amount and injury were significantly less, the operation time was much shorter, the mortality was lowest and the postoperative recovery earliest.
Conclusion:The laparoscopy is the least injury and the highest clinical effective method for the treatment of interstitial uterine tubal ectopic pregnancy, which might be popularized to clinical practice.
