Construction of the harmonious relationship among hospitals,medical insurance centers and patients

摘要: 随着医保覆盖面的逐步扩大,参保人员所占的比重逐步加大,医保管理部门、医院和参保人员的矛盾也日益增多。本文分析了医保患者住院过程中,医保中心、医院和医保患者之间的主要矛盾及其产生的原因,论述了医、保、患三者之间和谐关系的措施。

Abstract: With the increasing coverage of medical insurance,more and more people participate in medical insurance,and contradictions among hospitals,medical insurance centers and patients are increasing.Hospital charge centre is a window of hospitals.Analyzed in this paper are the main contradictions among hospitals,medical insurance centers and patients and the reasons why such contradictions occur.Certain measures were put forward for the construction of a harmonious relationship among hospitals,medical insurance centers and patients.
