原发性肛管直肠恶性黑色素瘤8例报告

Primary anorectal malignant melanoma reports of 8 cases

摘要: 原发性肛管直肠恶性黑色素瘤（ARM）为肛管直肠肿瘤中的罕见疾病。我院自1978年10月到1994年10月共收治ARM8例，均经病理证实。男性4例，女性4例，7例接受手术治疗。确诊时即发生远处转移者7例。5例确诊后两年内死亡，2例带病生存，1例随访3月未发现复发。临床资料及随访结果表明，ARM恶生程度高，转移发生早，预后极差。作者为：早期诊断，早期手术是延长该病生存期的关键。

Abstract: Primary malignant melanoma of the anorectum(ARM ) is a rare disease,Eighe patients with this disease were treated at the General Hospital of PLA during the last 16 years.Seven patients received surgical treatment but none of them survived more than 5 years.The clinical results illustratey that ARM is a virulent malignancy associated with an extremely poor prognosis. Surgicaltreatment remains the mainstay for this disease.
