紫外线照射氧合血在28℃保存条件下降低输血反应的作用

摘要: 目的: 探讨紫外线照射氧合血疗法(UBIO)降低非4℃条件下输血反应发生率的可能性。方法: 把全血分为实验组和对照组,实验组行UBIO处理,对照组不做任何处理,两组全血均在2 8℃条件下保存,在不同保存时间检测4种细胞因子。结果: 随着保存时间延长全血中3种细胞因子的浓度不断增高。而经UBIO处理后的全血,保存过程中肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)的水平无显著的变化,白介素8(IL-8)的含量也随保存时间延长而增高,但始终低于对照组全血中的含量,白介素2(IL-2)水平和对照组全血无显著差异。结论: 对照组全血在保存中细胞因子不断产生和积累,而使用UBIO能够有效地减少细胞因子的产生和积累,对预防发热性非溶血性输血反应(FN HTRs)有一定作用,达到降低输血反应的目的。Abstract: Objective: Study whether UBIO reduce the transfusion adverse reaction under non-4℃. Methods: Divided the whole blood into testgroup and controlgroup, thentest 4 cytokinesduring the blood preservation at 28℃. Results: The level of 3 cytokines increase during the blood preservation. After irradiation, the level of TNF-αdid not change significantly,IL-8 continualy increased but lower than controlgroup,as IL-2,it is still changed as before irradiation. Conclusions: UBIO may lessen the accumulation of cytokines during blood preservation and it may also prevent FNHTRs.
