两种荧光显微成像系统采集细胞器探针荧光图像的对比研究

Comparison of two fluorescence microimaging system collecting fluorescence images of organelle probes

  • 摘要: 目的: 应用荧光显微数码成像系统和共聚焦荧光显微成像系统采集细胞器探针图像的对比研究。方法: 传代培养内皮细胞,将四种细胞器探针与细胞共同孵育不同时间。采用荧光显微镜、计算机及高分辨率数码CCD组成的荧光显微数码成像系统采集四种细胞器探针的荧光图像。同时应用激光共聚焦显微镜采集图像进行对比。结果: 两种系统均可采集到细胞器荧光探针的图像;荧光显微数码成像系统采集的图像的特点为分辨率高,速度快,对细胞器的损伤小。结论: 荧光显微数码成像系统在细胞器探针的荧光检测定位研究中准确可靠、方便实用。

     

    Abstract: Objective: Applying two fluorescence microimaging system to collect fluorescence images of organelle probes. Methods: Endothelial cells were subcultured and incubated with four organelle probes for various time. Fluorescence microscope,computer and high-resolution digital CCD were applied to collect fluorescence images of four organelle probes. At the same time Laser Scanning Confocal Microscope was used to collect images as a comparison. Results: The two fluorescence microimaging system both can collect fluorescence images of organelle probes. The details of fluorescence images collected by high-resolution digital CCD are clear and faster. Conclusions: Fluorescence microscope and digital CCD collectig fluorescence images of organelle probes is reliable and practical.
