限量饮酒及服用解酒液对血液化学成分的影响

The effects of limited alcohol consumption and an herbal medicine solution on the blood parameter

  • 摘要: 目的: 探讨限量饮酒所致血液化学成分的改变及中草药的防护功效。方法: 选用14名健康志愿者,观察口服5 6°白酒(1ml/kg体重)前后不同时间血液中酒精浓度及TP、Alb、Ua、Glu、CO2、Urea、Cr、TC、TG、ApoAI、ApoB、Ca和P的变化;并与口服中草药解酒液进行预防的自身对照组进行比较。结果: 饮酒前后血清TP、Alb、Ua、Cr、TC、Ca及Mg基本保持恒定,P、TG、ApoAI和ApoB均有不同程度的升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),而Glu、Urea和CO2则呈降低趋势(P<0.05或P<0.01)。服用中草药解酒液预防后,对TP、Alb、ApoB、Ua及Mg基本无影响,但可使血清Ca、P、Urea、Cr、TC、TG、ApoAI明显降低,同时使Glu和CO2恢复正常。结论: 即使少量饮酒也会造成部分血液化学成分明显改变,解酒液可一定程度抑制酒精代谢、促进排泄并能纠正酒精所致血液化学成分的改变。

     

    Abstract: Objective: To investigate the effects of limited alcohol consumption induced the blood chemical parameters changes and the protective effects of herbal medicine in vivo. Methods: The changes of serum alcohol and TP、Alb、Ua、Glu、CO2、Urea、Cr、TC、TG、ApoAI、ApoB、Caand Phave been studied before and after alcohol consuming (1ml/kg) in 14 volunteers. Meanwhile a self-controlled herbal medicine protection group has been comparatively observed. Results: The serum TP、Alb、Ua、Cr、TC、Caand Mghave not been found obvious changes, but serum P、TG、ApoAIand ApoBincreased(P<0.05 or P<0.01),whereas serum Glu、Ureaand CO2decreased after alcohol consumption(P<0.05 or P<0.01). The serum TP、Alb、ApoB、Uaand Mghave no obvious changes in herbal medicine group. But the serum Ca、P、Urea、Cr、TC、TG、ApoAIdecreased markedly after using herbal medicine, meanwhile the decreased serum Gluand CO2have been recovered. Conclusions: Even the limited alcohol consumption could be caused the marked changes of some blood chemical parameters and the herbal medicine could inhibit the side effects of alcohol to the body.
