抑郁症患者神经递质脑超慢涨落图分析

Activity of neurotransmitter on encephalofluctuograph in patients with depression

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨抑郁症患者脑内神经递质活动变化与抑郁程度的关系。方法 应用脑电超慢涨落图(EFG)分析仪、汉密顿抑郁(HAMD,24项)量表,检测抑郁症患者的脑内神经递质水平、HAMD总分值。结果 39例抑郁症患者HAMD总分均≥20分,其中以总分20-35分为主(占89.7%)。抑郁症患者脑内神经递质测值与正常参考值比较,γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)、谷氨酸(Glu)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)及多巴胺(DA)的水平降低,(P<0.05或P<0.01)。反映抑郁程度的HAMD总分值与神经递质中的5-HT、NE水平均具有线性相关性,其中与5-HT的相关系数r=-0.932,P<0.01;与NE的相关系数r=-0.930,P<0.01。结论 5-HT、NE活动异常与抑郁程度间有密切关系;EFG可测量脑内神经递质的水平,可以辅助判断抑郁症的严重程度。

     

    Abstract: Objective To study the correlation between neurotransmitter activity and severity of depression in patients with depression.Methods Neurotransmitter level and total Hamilton rating scale for depression(HAMD) score in depression patients were detected with encephalofluctuography(EFG) analyzer and HAMD scale.Results The total HAMD score was≥20 in 39 depression patients and it was 20-35 in most patients(89.7%).The GABA,glutamate,5-HT,noradrenaline(NE) and dopamine(DA) levels were obviously lower in depression patients than in controls(P<0.05 or P<0.01),indicating that the total HAMD score is linearly related with 5-HT and NE levels(r=-0.932 for 5-HT,r=-0.930 for NE,P<0.01).Conclusion 5-HT and NE are closely related with the severity of depression.EFG can be used to measure the neurotransmitter level and can thus help to assess the severity of depression.
