豆类丝核菌次级代谢产物对荷瘤小鼠T淋巴细胞活性的影响

The effects of secondary metabolites of Rhizoctonia Leguminicola on T lymphocytes proliferation of cancer rats

  • 摘要: 目的:研究豆类丝核菌次级代谢产物对荷瘤动物的免疫调节作用。方法:通过给荷瘤小鼠灌注含有苦马豆素(swainsonine,SW)且剂量分别为2.7 mg·kg-1·d-1和16.2 mg·kg-1·d-1的豆类丝核菌次级代谢产物稀释液,分别于灌药前(0d)及灌药后4 d、8 d、12 d、16 d测定荷瘤鼠T淋巴细胞活化指数。结果:该次级代谢产物能够使荷瘤动物T淋巴细胞活性增强,其中含SW 16.2 mg·kg-1·d-1剂量标准的次级代谢产物对荷瘤动物的免疫刺激作用明显。因此,该次级代谢产物具有抗肿瘤免疫刺激作用。

     

    Abstract: Objective: found the immunological effects in cancer rats by using the secondary metabolites of Rhizoctonia Leguminicola. Methods: pour the secondary metabolites of Rhizoctonia Leguminicola which have swainsonine into the stomach of cancer rats, and the doses of swainsonine are 2.7 mg·kg-1·d-1 and 16.2 mg·kg-1·d-1 separately.MTT method was used to observe the T lymphocytes proliferation after 0 d, 4 d, 8 d, 12 d and 16 d.Result:the secondary metabolites can enhance T lymphocytes proliferation, especially the dose of swainsonine that is 16.2 mg·kg-1·d-1 had obvious result.Above all, the secondary metabolites of Rhizoctonia Leguminicola have similar function with swainsonine.And they have value as antitumor drugs.
