KANE/FISCHER system identify dermatophytes

摘要: 目的: 建立一种适宜的皮肤癣菌标准化鉴定方法。方法: 用改良KANE/FISCHER皮肤癣菌鉴定系统对福建沿海某部队采取的69株皮肤癣菌和北京大学第一医院真菌中心保藏的皮肤癣菌ATCC株和临床株13株进行培养鉴定。结果: 改良KANE/FISCHER鉴定系统基本可以快速、准确、可靠鉴定红色毛癣菌到种的水平。结论: 改良KANE/FISCHER鉴定系统对常见的皮肤癣菌能达到种的鉴定,可作为标准化鉴定方法。对红色毛癣菌和须癣毛癣菌的鉴定较传统的鉴定方法更准确、更迅速。

Abstract: Objective: To develop a standard system for dermatophytes identification. Methods: Using the improved KANE/FISCHER system to identify the ATCC strains and clinical isolates of common dermatophytes. Results: The improved KANE/FISCHER system can identify the common dermatophytes. Conclusions: The improved KANE/FISCHER system can be used as the standard system to identify the common dermatophytes to species level.
