Abstract: In this paper,4 cases of primary lymphoma originated from the appendix,breast,superior maxillary bone and spleen were reported.All of them were failed to be diagnosed before pathologic section.The reasons might be:1.The involved places of lymphoma were rare in this group;2.The clinician were not aware of the xomplexity and variety of NHL;3.The necessities of tissue biopsies werenot pay enough attention in the early disease.On the other hand,becouse the conception unoperated patients might also survive for longer time wasnot clear to the non-specialist,so that some tissue and organ was nolnecessity removed.
