凝血酶原时间衍算法测定纤维蛋白原的差异性分析

Difference in fibrinogen measured by Clauss and prothrombin time derived assay

  • 摘要: 目的 了解纤维蛋白原Clauss法与PT衍算法测定结果之间的可比性,判定其临床应用价值。方法 在Sysmex CA-1500凝血仪上分别以两种方法测定137例患者的血浆纤维蛋白原(Fbg)浓度,以Clauss法测定值为基础分成<1.99g/L、2-2.99g/L、3-4g/L、>4g/L四组,用相关性分析和配对t-检验进行分析。结果 两种方法测定的四组纤维蛋白原的差异有统计学意义,PT衍算Fbg值明显高于Clauss法(P<0.05)。结论 PT衍算法不适于代替Clauss法在临床筛查中进行Fbg测定、临床诊断和治疗监测。

     

    Abstract: Objective To investigate difference of Prothrombin time derived fibrinogen compared to Clauss Fibrinogen in clinical samples. Methods Plasma fibrinogen level in 137 patients was measured by Clauss assay and PT-derived assay,respectively.Fibrinogen level measured by Clauss assay was further divided into <1.99g/L,2-2.99g/L,3-4g/L and >4g/L,and analyzed by Student t test and correlation analysis,respectively. Results The fibrinogen level measured by PT-derived assay was higher than that measured by Clauss assay(P<0.05). Conclusion PT-derived assay cannot replace Clauss assay in measuring fibrinogen in clinical settings.Clauss assay is more suitable for the clinical diagnosis and treatment.
