Abstract:
Objective:To develop a method for the determination of baicalin in Radix Scutellariae and stir-bake with wine Radix Scutellariae by HPCE.
Methods: Separation was carried out in an uncoated fused silica capillary 50 μm×47 cm, effective length 40cm. Meanwhile a running voltage 25 kV, 40 mmol/L borax (pH 8.5) buffer and a UV detector at 280 nm adopted.
Results: The calibration cruve showed good linearity over the range of 0.05~0.80mg/ml.Regression equation was Y=2.133 5X-0.057 7,
r=0.999 1.The average recovery rate was 98.96%,
n=5,
RSD=1.02%.
Conclusions: The method is rapid, simple and accurate with good repeatability and it can be used to determine baicalin.
