医疗服务人力成本与劳务价格研究

Research on human cost of health-care and service price

  • 摘要: 为确定医疗服务劳务价格、补偿标准及提供成本效益评估的依据,笔者以体现医务人员的工作能力和技术含量为切入点,采用“技术比价系数分摊法”的计算模型,通过综合评估不同医务人员之间技术含量的比价关系,具体测算医院医疗服务项目中的人力成本,并与目前医疗服务价格的定价标准进行对比分析。

     

    Abstract: Starting with reflecting medical staff’s work-ability and skill-content, the author used the sharing method of skill value scale coefficient to evaluate the skill-content value scale among different medical staff and count the human cost in the every health-care service item. The author also compared the human cost to service price decision policy. It can provide evidence to service price decision、compensatory policy and cost-benefit evaluation. The article is one of a series of achievements in"research of human cost of health-care and service price" which won the bid of China Health-economic Society.
