夹板对颞下颌关节影响的实验研究

Experimental study of occlusal splint on temporomandibular joint

  • 摘要: 目的:研究 夹板对颞下颌关节的影响,为颞下颌关节的基础研究与临床治疗提供模型与理论依据。方法:实验用小型猪8头,随机分为戴 夹板组与正常对照组,6周,12周后,采用光镜、电镜、螺旋CT扫描等方法观察。结果:小型猪的双侧颞下颌关节对称;戴入 夹板后,髁状突均向下,向前移动。关节盘,髁状突软骨与骨质,均未见病理性改变。结论:本研究设计的 夹板对双侧颞下颌关节无不良作用,所引起的关节组织的改建在生理范围内。可作为临床应用参考及进一步的实验研究中。

     

    Abstract: Objective: To study the effects of occlusal splint on TMJ. Methods: 8 Chinese childhood experimental minipigs were used and divided into 2 groups: wearing occlusal splint group and control group. LM, SEM and CT scan were employed to examine the TMJ. Results: The occlusal splint caused bilateral mandibular condyle to move downward and forward; there were no significant differences of cartilages and bones between experimental pigs and the control ones. Conclusion: The occlusal splint had no unfavorable effect on mandibular condyle, the remodeling is within the physiological range.
