夹板对颞下颌关节影响的实验研究

Experimental study of occlusal splint on temporomandibular joint

摘要: 目的：研究夹板对颞下颌关节的影响，为颞下颌关节的基础研究与临床治疗提供模型与理论依据。方法：实验用小型猪8头，随机分为戴夹板组与正常对照组，6周，12周后，采用光镜、电镜、螺旋CT扫描等方法观察。结果：小型猪的双侧颞下颌关节对称；戴入夹板后，髁状突均向下，向前移动。关节盘，髁状突软骨与骨质，均未见病理性改变。结论：本研究设计的夹板对双侧颞下颌关节无不良作用，所引起的关节组织的改建在生理范围内。可作为临床应用参考及进一步的实验研究中。

Abstract: Objective: To study the effects of occlusal splint on TMJ. Methods: 8 Chinese childhood experimental minipigs were used and divided into 2 groups: wearing occlusal splint group and control group. LM, SEM and CT scan were employed to examine the TMJ. Results: The occlusal splint caused bilateral mandibular condyle to move downward and forward; there were no significant differences of cartilages and bones between experimental pigs and the control ones. Conclusion: The occlusal splint had no unfavorable effect on mandibular condyle, the remodeling is within the physiological range.
