Abstract: Three hundred and sixty patients aged 60 to 90 years old, were investigated for oral health circumstance and compared with those of 10 years ago. The results indicated that the aged's oral health circumstance is still disappointing. Dental caries is still the most common disease. The prevention and treatment as well as health care of the number of decayed, missed, filled teeth and wedge shaped erosion of tooth were more improved, but periodontal disease's preventine treatment health care was not. Periodontal disease was stll a major cause for tooth lost in aging patient, so perodontal disease's preventine treatment health care will be a key point of the clinical work in further.
