支气管分泌物糖含量诊断误吸的效果评价

Evaluation on glucose content of bronchial secretions as a maker of mistake aspiration

摘要: 目的: 探讨支气管分泌物糖含量诊断误吸的临床意义。方法: 对27例创伤后昏迷患者鼻饲含放射性同位素锝的混合奶后,同时测定支气管分泌物的放射性计数与糖含量,并对两种方法进行比较。结果: 支气管分泌物的糖含量与放射性计数不相关。结论: 检测支气管分泌物中的糖含量诊断误吸尚存在一定问题。

Abstract: Objective: To study the clinical significance of detecting glucose contents in the bronchial secretions.Methods: 27 post-traumatic coma patients feeding food with Tc⁹⁹-DTPA,was measured radioactivity counts and glucose contents to diagnosis aspiration;the two methods was compared.Results: Through correlation analysis,radioactivity counts and glucose content in the bronchial secretion had no correlation.Conclusion: That detecting glucose contents in the bronchial secretions for diagnosis of mistake aspiration maybe still a problem to solve.
