Abstract: Objective: From practicality, to discuss the methods of investigation and analysis of results on the tache of diagnosis and treat for patients in hospital, and to provide evidence for real-control of medical quality. Methods: Firstly, classify the defection in progress of treat,and then, sampling cases randomly from grouped patients, so as to compare the survey results; Results: Through analyzing the tache of medical treat and implementing the computer software, the survey results for a phase of quality can be summarized at any moment, and the procedure of defect correction can be traced; Conclusion: Survey in LAN（Local Area Network） can ecomonize manpower, enlarge the range of investigation, possess better objectively. Good effects ware achieved in practice application.
