摘要

摘要: 目的探讨CD147、VEGF与舌鳞状细胞癌两者间及与各种临床病理参数的关系。方法选取舌鳞癌患者45例,按有无淋巴结转移、性别、年龄、组织分级及TNM分期进行分组,采用SP免疫组织化学法检测其癌组织中CD147、VEGF表达情况,对所得数据进行统计学处理。结果 CD147、VEGF的阳性表达率分别达86.7%、71.1%,高于正常舌黏膜(P<0.01);CD147、VEGF表达与不同临床分期、区域淋巴结转移有统计学差异(P<0.05),但与组织分级、年龄、性别之间无统计学差异(P>0.05);本组中CD147与VEGF表达呈正相关(r=0.471,P<0.01)。结论 CD147和VEGF在舌鳞癌组织中呈过表达,两者的联合检测可以做为判断舌癌生物学行为和指导临床治疗的指标。

Abstract: Objective To study the correlation between CD147 and VEGF expression and pathologic parameters in tongue squmous cell carcinoma（TSCC）. Methods Forty-five TSCC patients enrolled this study were divided into several groups according to their lymphatic metastasis,sex,age,histological grade,and TNM stages.Immunohistochemistry SP was performed to measure the expression levels of CD147 and VEGF in tumor tissue samples.Chi-square test and Spearman rank correlation were used to process the statistical data. Results The positive expression rate of CD147 and VEGF was 86.7% and 71.1%,respectively,in tumor tissue samples,higher than that in normal tissue samples（P＜0.05）.The expression of CD147 and VEGF was correlated with TNM stages and lymph node metastases（P＜0.05） but not correlated with histological grade,age and sex（P＞0.05）.The expression of CD147 and VEGF was positively correlated（P＜0.01,r=0.471）. Conclusion CD147 and VEGF are over-expressed in TSCC and can be used as a reliable indicator for the biological behaviors of TSCC and its clinical therapy.
