The change of CSF amino-acid concentrations in children with purulent meningitis

摘要: 本文结果表明:化脓性脑膜炎患儿脑脊液中的氨基酸大多数较对照组为高,其中苏氦酸、甘氨酸、胱氨酸等9种增高尤为明显,与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05~0.001)。据报道,按其高峰时间,恢复时间的不同,有助于化脓性脑膜炎,结核性脑膜炎与病毒性脑炎的鉴别

Abstract: The concentrations of free animo acids in CSF werre determined in 25 patients with purulent meningitis. The results showed that THR, C LY, CYS, HIS……were significantly hig-her as compared to the control group （P<0.05 0.001）. It is a useful method to differentiate pu-rulent, tuberculous meningitis and encephalitis.
