Abstract: The army postdoctoral system is a long effectual system,which bases on national postdoctoral system and aims at training high-ranking qualified scientists and technicians.The problems and improving measures were pointed out by the author during the postdoctoral administration,which has very important significance for training high-grade medical scientists and technicians in the army.
