先心病患者血浆心钠素水平与血流动力学关系的初步观察

Observation on relationship between Plasma atrial natriuretic factor and hemodynamic measurements in patients with congenital heart diseases

摘要: 本文采用心钠素（ANF）放射免疫分析方法,观察了18例先心病患者血浆ANF水平,并与其血流动力学资料相比较。结果发现法乐氏四联症（F₄）组患者右心房（RA）舒张压与下腔静脉（IVC）血中ANF浓度呈正相关;动脉导管未闭组（PDA）患者RA舒张压与肺动脉（PA）血中ANF浓度呈正相关。并就先心病患者不同部位血浆ANF浓度变化的意义及与血流动力学之间的关系做了简要讨论。

Abstract: To study the relationship between plasma atrial natriuretic factor （ANF） levels and hemodynamic measurements, in 18 patients with congenital heart diseases right heart catheterization and radioimmunoassa, were performed. the results showed that the ANF levels in IVC in the patients with Fallot 4 was positively correlated with diastolic pressure of RA. The plasma ANF levels in PA in the patients with patent ductus arteriosus （PDA） was positively correlated with diastolic pressure of RA. Finally, the significance of change of plasma ANF levels in the patients with a variety of cogenital heart diseases and the relationship between plasma ANF levels and hemodynamic was discussed briefly.
