辛伐他汀和卡托普利对糖尿病大鼠血流动力学和心功能的影响

Effect of simvastatin and captopril on heart function and hemodynamics of diabetic rats

  • 摘要: 目的 了解辛伐他汀和卡托普利对糖尿病大鼠血流动力学和心功能的影响。方法 糖尿病大鼠模型随机分为糖尿病对照(DM)组、辛伐他汀(DM-S)组、卡托普利(DM-C)组、辛伐他汀+卡托普利(DM-CS)组,分别给药4周后测量血流动力学及心功能参数。结果 DM-CS组左室平均心室峰压(LVSP)、平均左室内压最大上升速率(+dp/dtmax)较DM组明显升高(P<0.05);DM-CS组平均左室内压最大下降速率(-dp/dtmax)及其校正值较DM组增加(P<0.05)。结论 联合应用辛伐他汀和卡托普利可以显著改善糖尿病大鼠心脏舒缩功能。

     

    Abstract: Objective To observe the effect of simvastatin and captopril on heart function and hemodynamics of diabetic rats. Methods Diabetic rats were randomly divided into control group,simvastatin group,captopril group,and simvastatin + captopril group.Rats in control group were given placebo,rats in simvastatin group received simvastatin(15 mg/kg/d),rats in captopril group were given captopril(2 mg/kg),and rats in captopril + simvastatin group received captopril(15 mg/kg/d) and simvastatin(2 mg/kg) for 4 weeks.Then,parameters of rat hemodynamics and heart function were measured. Results No significant difference was observed in LVEDP between simvastatin + captopril and control groups.The maxium increased speed of LVEDP was higher while the maxium reduced speed was lower in simvastatin + captopril group than in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Combined captopril and simvastatin can significantly improve the heart function of diabeteic rats.
