原子力学显微镜对液体纳米药物的直接观察

Nanomedicine abserved directly by atomic force microscope

  • 摘要: 目的: 建立液体纳米药物的观察方法。方法: 用原子力学显微镜观察液体纳米药物。结果: 未纳米药物在云母片上呈不均匀分布,呈现大小不同的颗粒,而液体纳米药物则呈均匀分布,并且颗粒比较均一。结论: 为进一步探讨液体纳米药物在生物医学的应用及临床价值提供了依据。

     

    Abstract: Objective:To establish the method for the observation of human urine.Methods:Atomic force microscope was used to observe nanomedicine.Results:Medicine untreated by nanotechnology were not uniform,and the granules were different in size and shape,the big ones looked as crystals in light microscope,while the small ones were only about 300 nanometers in size.Nanomedicine were found to be uniform in size and shape,the granules were from 100 to 300 nanometers.Conclusion: the results provide the primary studies of nanomedicine may be useful to the further application of nanomedicine in biomedicine.
