Abstract: This article disgust the treatment of Chinese Medicine in the convalescent stage of the SARS.According to the clinical situation we regard the SARS as six type:impairment of yin of both lung and stomach due to the left heat；the disturbance of middle energizer due to dampness when pathogenic heat has gone，impairment of the ascending and descending function of the lung due to phlegm-turbidity；the wandering of the mind due to the deficiency of yin of both the heart and lung；breakdown of balanced equilibrium of yin and yang due to uncontrolled yang of yin；the stagnant of lung vessels due to the impairment of both qi and yin.Each type has the concrete drug and prescription accompany and adjusted with the symptom.In the end，we suggest that the key feature of the SARS in the convalescent stage is that the damage of the lung and fibrosis caused by the SARS virus and the endocrine function disorder and metabolism confused caused by the usage of hormone.Therefore，it is very important for the prognosis to use the Chinese Medicine when decreasing the hormone during the convalescent stage of SARS.
