Influence of explosion on perilymph

Abstract: The contents of LDH and MDH in the perilymph were measured in different time after explo. sion. The result showed that the contents of these enzymes were the highest in the 8-hr group. The increase of LDH was more notable than MDH. Their alterations in the perilymph might play an important role in the process of development of explosive auditory organic trauma.
