不同体位下软腭位置与腭后气道的相关性研究

Relationship between soft palate and retropatal airway in different posture

摘要: 目的：通过不同体位下软腭及腭后气道的相关性研究，了解二者关系，为阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征（OSAS）的诊断治疗提供参考。方法：青年男性30人，每人分别拍常规头影测量侧位片及仰卧位头颅侧位片，将软腭大小及位置与腭后气道大小做相关分析。结果：两种体位下腭后气道大小与软腭长度及悬雍垂顶点到颅底距离均呈显著负相关，两种体位下腭后气道有显著差异。结论：软腭的大小及位置可做为判定腭后气道大小的重要指标，体位变化亦对腭后气道产生影响。

Abstract: Objective: To study the relationship between soft palate and retropalatal airway in different posture. Methods: Lateral cephalometry was carried out in 30 male volunteers both in sitting and supine postion. Correlations have been made between the soft palate and retropalatal airway dimensions. Results: Length of soft palate and distance from tip of the uvula to NS were negatively related to the retropalatal airway both in sitting and supine position. Retropaltal airway in supine postion got turned more narrow compared to sitting postion. Conclusion: The length and position of soft palate may provide clinic value in evaluation of retropalatal airway,Posture is an imperminant of retropalatal airway dimensions
