嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌在肺炎患者的检出率、耐药性及其治疗

Detectable rates, drug resistance and treatment in the patients with stenotrophomonas maltophilia pneumonia

  • 摘要: 目的:分析嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌在肺炎患者痰的检出率、耐药性及先福吡兰在治疗该菌感染中的价值。方法:分析187例老年肺炎痰培养的222株细菌,62株嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌药敏及18例次老年嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌肺炎应用先福吡兰治疗。结果:嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌检出率占老年院内肺炎细菌检出的第五位。多数抗生素对嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌耐药,氨苄西林、头孢唑啉钠、氨曲南、头孢呋新、亚胺培南、四环素、呋喃坦啶均为100%耐药,头孢噻肟钠耐药为95.92%;庆大霉素84.91%耐药;氧哌嗪青霉素76%耐药;丁胺卡那霉素74.58%耐药;头孢哌酮钠67.65%耐药;环丙沙星61.70%耐药;替卡西林60%耐药;替门汀60%耐药。用先福吡兰治疗18例次老年嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌肺炎,有效率为66.67%,细菌清除率为77.78%。结论:嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌占老年院内肺炎痰细菌检出的第五位;嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌对多数抗生素耐药;先福吡兰治疗老年嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌肺炎有效率为66.67%,细菌清除率为77.78%。

     

    Abstract: Objective:Analysing detectable rates,drug resistance and application of cefpiramide in the elder patients with stenotrophomonas maltophilia pneumonia.Methods:Analysing 222strains bacteria of sputum culture in the 187 elder patients with pneumonia;62 strains drug sensitivity of stenotrophomonas maltophilia;application values of cefpiramide in the 18cases elder patients with stenotrophomonas maltophilia pneumonia.Results:Detectable rates of stenotrophomonas maltophilia was number five in the 222strainas becteria of sputum culture in the 187elder patients with pneumonia;stenotrophomonas maltophilia was drug resistance for most antibiotics;100% resistance rates were ampicillin,cefazolin,aztreonam,cefuroxine,impenem,tetracycline,nitrofurantion. cefotaxime sodimm was 95.92% drug resistance;gentamicin was 84.91%;pipercillin was 76%;amikcin was 74.58%;cefoperazone sodium was 67.65%;ciprofloxacin was 61.70%;ticarcillin was 60%;timentin was 60% drug resistance.Effective rates was 66.67% and bacterial clearance rates was 77.78% in the 18elder patients with stenotrophmonas maltophilia pneumonia for cefpriramide treatments.Conclusion:Detectable rates of stenotrophomonas maltophilia was number five in the 222strains bacteria of sputum culture in the 187elder patients with pneumonia;stemotrophomonas maltophilia was drug resistance for most antibiotics;Effective rates was 66.67% and bacterial clearance rates was 77.78% in the 18elder patients with stenotrophomonas maltophilia pneumonia for cefpiramide.
