造血组织周期细胞增殖特性的流式细胞术分析

Analys is of proliferation of cyclic cells in haemopoietic tissue using flow cytometry

摘要: 研究造血组织细胞的动力学和增殖特性可帮助了解肿瘤的发生和病理分型,并为早期诊断,放射治疗和化疗,予后估计提供有价值的生物信息。本文报告用流式细胞术(Flow Cytometry),对健康自愿献髓者的外周血,骨髓及非血液系统肿瘤患者的骨髓单个核细胞和3—7月的胎儿肝,牌,骨髓细胞进行细胞周期测定,并对增殖细胞作了比较和分析。

Abstract: Analysis of the cell cycle was performed by flow cytometry on the perpheral blood, bone marrow mononuclcar cell from the healthy donors or the pationts with non-haemopoietic tumor, and the liver, spleen, bone marrow cell of the fetus aged 3 to 7months. We also compared and analyzed the proliferation of the cyclic cells of all these samples.
