Abstract: Didactical ward round,a fundamental task of a research-oriented hospital,is not only a very important method to train different kinds of medical students,but also an important means to intensify the construction of teachers,thus playing an important role in constructing the core competitive power of a research-oriented hospital.The aim of didactical ward round in a researchoriented hospital was introduced and its common problems were analyzed.Some countermeasures were proposed in concern of its management system,construction of teachers,specific operation,concept learning and experiences that should be drawn on.
